At Mind the Gap we believe that your health and well-being is one of your most valuable resources, yet it is often neglected until you suffer ill health, whether that be physically, mentally or both. How you feel can impact on your interactions with others; your communication, your leadership, your compassion, your listening skills, your patience, your thoughts, feelings, behaviour and actions, as well as your intentions and habits.


Well-being is a skill that can be learned and cultivated. When we develop this skill we change the physical structure of the brain to create more healing pathways. Well-being emerges when we create connections in our lives.

We want to improve communities by empowering you to take ownership of your thoughts, feelings and actions, and to work together with you to purposely engage in life, engage with those around you and ultimately increase the responsibility we all play in our world. Only YOU can make the changes YOU want to see.

Our mission is to take you from where you are to where you want to be; for you to truly live the life you can and want to live. We believe that the greater benefits of this are increased personal happiness and contentment. This has been shown to improve your health and well-being (physical and mental) not only for you personally, but in the communities you live. We empower you to move toward the way you want to live. At Mind The Gap we invite you to challenge what you have habitually accepted as the 'norm' in a stressful world, accepting unhelpful and toxic habits as friends for life, no matter how damaging they are to your health and well-being.

Mind The Gap uses a variety of methods which include; one on one coaching, workshops and retreats. Each will empower you to build your very own backpack of experiences and tools in order to ‘do life better’ and to thrive.
