Workshops create shared learning opportunities

Workshops can range from 1hr lunchtime sessions ('WOW-WERS') to one week residential programmes and create shared learning opportunities in a supportive environment, surrounded by those who have a common understanding.

As you will see below, we have designed stand-alone workshops like stress management and creating balance, relaxation and resilience to tailored 6-week group coaching courses

Although we already offer many well-being workshops, we are always keen to create new ones to reflect your specific needs if they are not covered.
